I can't help feeling sorry for him, though. I have read quite a lot about his childhood/upbringing, and I am actually impressed that he is still alive and performing. I sometimes wonder what kind of advisors the stars have. I am afraid they are surrounded by yay-sayers that are only interested in their money and status, not their well being. So many famous people have such ugly fates. Sorry about getting all serious about this.

I never had a cabbage patch doll, but was told many times that I was born in one! (a cabbage patch, not doll :Oo: )
I thought the STORK brought me! LOL! I NEVER had one either, though I'm pretty sure that I KILLED my sister's cabbage patch doll along with several of her BARBIES! I used to have FIRE CRACKERS & a BB GUN, what can I say? :)

Oh, I listened to, and liked, Wham, Rick Astley, et al. It all sort of got lumped together. I was just pointing out that my experience was a bit different than others. Looking back on the 80s, I think I listened to everything out there.
Don't forget Thompson Twins and Cyndi Lauper!

...I hate the fact that he won't come down off his high horse and work toward a reconciliation with the band...hell, Axl-ya don't have to break bread with them-just be civil...
That would be nice, Appetite for Destruction, one of the best albums ever. Can still remember exactly where I was first time I heard Welcome to the Jungle, just an awesome album. Kind of turned rock on its head at that moment in time, 1987 wasn't it?
