It's a beautiful book, isn't it?
I love it and can't wait to get my hands on it.
I have a few of the Cemetery Dance books and they are magnificent. The Carrie edition is a beauty.

You are talking to a Cemetery Dance whore. They really should rename the place, Dana Jean's Cemetery Dance, because I, alone, am employing everyone with my orders.I love it and can't wait to get my hands on it.

That place is so addicting. You are talking to a Cemetery Dance whore. They really should rename the place, Dana Jean's Cemetery Dance, because I, alone, am employing everyone with my orders.
I just discovered this place in December, and it's evil to Canadians. I could pay the higher prices for these special editions, but then it's nearly double due to the low Canadian Dollar. That place is so addicting.
Did you see that The Fireman has already been optioned for film? Damn good for Mr. Hill!
Fox Developing Joe Hill’s ‘The Fireman’ as Movie | VarietyAwesome! I had not seen this.
So, according to Joe's website, The Fireman will be approximately the same page count as NOS4A2. I really want to order a signed copy thru the link here but if he's going to do a book tour and come to the Seattle area I would just rather go see him in person. Does anyone know if he's going on tour for this one? I checked his website but no info there.
I'm going to bring my Hill books (that aren't already signed) and my dvd of Creepshow because he plays the kid in the opening/closing vignettes! He'll probably get a laugh out of it anyway.Yes, me too!!! I would love to meet him and have him sign a book. Not sure if I will ever get to meet/see Stephen King at a signing (or at dinner for that matter..haha!) and I don't want to miss the proverbial boat with Joe Hill like I did with his pops.
1 more vote for Seattle stop. He can stay with me and I will put all of his books above Stephen King's on my bookshelves. (at least while he is at my house )
That's a great idea!I'm going to bring my Hill books (that aren't already signed) and my dvd of Creepshow because he plays the kid in the opening/closing vignettes! He'll probably get a laugh out of it anyway.
I know, right? He's going to fall madly in love with me (realizing that he's not 100% hetero) and we'll spend a romantic evening down at the Seattle waterfront, riding the big ferris wheel (my eyes will be closed on that because it's about 20 stories tall!), he can watch the boats come in and then when the ride is over......well, never mind.....That's a great idea!

Can you say that in a British accent- it's so much sexier....Yer naughty!
Nope - but I can try to sound a little less like Frances McDormand in Fargo. That's the best I can do.Can you say that in a British accent- it's so much sexier....

That is what I did (kind of) at Comicon in Seattle a few years back with Will Wheaton!!! I brought a DVD of Stand By Me and there was this line that wasn't too long and he was smiling and "going through the motions" with a lot of Star Trek Next Generation fans and then when he saw the DVD he lit up and was very excited to sign that.I'm going to bring my Hill books (that aren't already signed) and my dvd of Creepshow because he plays the kid in the opening/closing vignettes! He'll probably get a laugh out of it anyway.
