I haven't seen anyone suggest that perhaps a period of living together might be in order before the re-exchange of vows? To be certain? Not sure how you feel about that, but I thought I'd mention it.

I had to go get blood tests done first thing this morning. I got a call from him, like I do every morning, and he told me to look on the sun porch when I got home. He wouldn't tell me what that was all about!
So when I got home, there were 12 red roses waiting for me! The card said it was for the 'ouchy' I had got! That was the sweetest thing ever!

Peg -I've heard you mention him and how your heart was broken without him. I didn't realize you'd only been divorced for 2 years. I'm with OoO - I was going to suggest shacking up for a while, see how it goes. See if you can live together again. No need to rush into marriage -you're both consenting adults. In my opinion, in agreement with a few others - there are some deal breakers: adultery, abuse and addiction. Those are hard to live with and hard to get over.
Having said all that - my heart absolutely soared for you when I read your news. It's really precious and I know you're crazy in love with him, so he couldn't have been all that bad. Best wishes to you both!

He is in the process of getting a really big tattoo done on his back, and one on his arm. It won't be finished until late spring.
