Thanks for respond!

As for the alternative electricity in Russia - there are no any subsidies from the government. I planned to enhance my solar station this summer, but our currency is extremely crashed for the last year and now i'm not able to buy anything in dollars.
Last year this project total cost was about 2000$, mostly because i did it by myself.
The legislation doesn't include the possibility of selling some extra electricity to other consumers. And fortunately i don't drink any alcohol, so i'm not interest in vodka :)

Hot. Sunny. Driving in my car (AC blasting) is quite nice today.
Okay US east coasters, grab the pitchforks and torches. Time to storm Flake's place. :)

Taking a break. Two hours with the snowblower and only 1/3 done. Snow was twice as high as the snowblower in parts. When the plow came around I stood in the road so he had to take a wide path and didn't close up my driveway again each time.

Not yet. That's last on the list. Snow is over 3 feet to all 4 feeders. Instead I'll probably just hand 2 suet/seed blocks this time to provide added energy for the birds. What 2 should I pick... Berry blast, peanut crunch, orange burst or bird's blend? :)
Berry Blast and bird's blend sound yummy. Pick what you think they'll enjoy the most. Thank you for caring about the birds. Please be careful removing/ moving all that snow!
Flocks of grackles here now. Cardinals too.

Heading back out now. I'll hang them before tackling the snow. I'll let you know what they think of your choices. :)

You won't need your pitchforks and torches... unless you want to go eeling at night?
(I'm kidding ladies... nobody's going to get close to my eel friends. :D )

A neighbor helped this time. I am ashamed to admit that this is what I was hoping for.

Got the car out. He said go find another spot that is cleared better than this. Rode around and just could not do that. Could not take a spot that somebody cleared.

Hells bells, in Philly you would get shot, and get lawn chairs and traffic cones thrown at you while even trying to park in someones spot.

Did not live in the city, but know that.

Rode back into the tire tracks that he cleared. If it does not freeze, I am good.

We ended up with about 16 inches total, but only about 12 inches in my driveway because of all the wind. Side yard had 2 1/2 foot drifts!=D

Driveway is clear and we've had the Subaru out. School is closed already. I made a big tray of ham rolls and took them over to the folks working across the street at the grocery store. Made chili for dinner and it's simmering now.

Time to settle in and watch football. Go Broncos!

You go eeling at nights with pitchforks and torches? I want to go partying with you. :)

Official tally here was 33 inches of snow, 3 Advil and half a tube of Bengay. And now I've got to figure out how to tighten, or replace, the auger belt on the snowblower. :(
