Won't rehash it but will say it wasn't you.I was here and I still don't know what it's about. Maybe that means I caused it.
I am absolutely NOT asking what happened. I actually do not like when a mod takes care of a situation and then it gets rehashed over and over and over.
I think I’m going to make up a T-Shirt that says “Cryptic’R’Us” (and only goes down to my belly button) and walk through a hardware store to see the kind of reaction I’ll get.
My stomach thanks you! It can stop churning now.

On Wednesday I was in by 0648 which gave me lots of time for other things before I actually logged on to the system that we use to listen to the doctor's dictations.
I can finally tell you all that I'm going to be a grandmother for the first time! My daughter wanted to wait until the miscarriage risk was over and things are looking good even though she's only 8 weeks along. She had her first ultrasound and heard the baby's heartbeat yesterday. She texted me a pic which made me a little verklempt. My first grand baby pic.

Thanks! I spent all last weekend and will be spending part of this one making maternity clothes. And now I can ask my cousin for advice about making diapers. If I'd asked before she would have known right away why I was asking. Have nearly slipped a few times with her and my mother as I've known since March. It's a big relief that the news is out now as I would have felt terrible if I'd let them know before my daughter was ready.

Thank you! I've been surprised at how excited I've been. Hopefully I don't drive my daughter crazy with making things for her and the baby. She has had a little nausea but nothing too bad. And thank you for the prayers for a happy, healthy baby--that's definitely #1 on the wish list.

When I was a 5th grade Tom Boy, my sister made me a prairie dress. I hated it but I wore it out of love,(and because my sister made me wear it) and got into a school yard fist fight for it. Unfortunately the dress survived.

What a good sister you are! I'm hoping my daughter will be happy with the clothes I'm making. I know she'll be a lot like you and wear them anyway and will be grateful for the effort. I've been trying to tell her about the cutest jacket pattern I found and have made--well, have one more decorative stitch to add but otherwise it's done. Her enthusiasm even after sending her a pic of the pattern seemed a bit lukewarm but it really is cute in person so hopefully she'll think better of it once she sees it. Here's a pic--wish they'd had something like this when I was pregnant!
