I will sometimes compulsively re-read my posts. I don't know why, because all it does is cause me anguish over typos, misspellings, and just wrong things, and no one else cares about it. Like this:

Scotty in Lady and the Tramp.
Okay, he didn't die, but you sure thought he did when the hound dog started up.

Argh! What was I thinking?
It was the hound who was pinned under the wagon, and the scotty who was howling.

It was still wrenching.

Petersahn! Petersahn!

Klem Kadiddle-Hopper had some great deaths...I think. Bugs Bunny...had Elmer in tears...I killed the rabbit! Wasn't there an animal death or two where the animal was faking it? Lying prone...raises head, see if anyone is full of remorse? People look that way...down goes the head again? Dark Shadows...that death at the end in the pool, all that great lighting, blues of the pool, the lights, dark sky, blood in the water. Everyone breathed a sign of relief. Gone. Was it Full Metal Jacket...better him than me...? Horror and humor, side-by-side.

Family Vacation...grandma up there on top of the station wagon.
