I love my fitbit. It's a fantastic helper tool and it does hold you accountable -- if you pay attention to it of course.I didn't make any resolution as far as, "I am going to lose weight, get in shape, etc.".
However, I did get a FitBit for Christmas and I am making the most of it. It's tracking my steps and how many calories I burn per day. I am trying to burn more calories than I take in. It's reminding me to get up and move each hour during the day, which is sometimes hard with a desk job. It tracks my sleep patterns and I am making myself go to bed a little earlier. It's tracking my water consumption and I'm trying to stay hydrated better. I'm not promising myself anything and I'm not expecting a miracle, but I figure that everything I do positively helps offset the negative.
