Are you lactose intolerant? If not, try to drink skim milk or 1% milk, eat cheese, pudding, yogurt etc. Even the bones in the canned salmon are a good source of calcium if you crush them into the salmon before putting in the mayo.
I take vitamin D 2000 IU every day. You are still young, so you want to keep those nice teeth for a long time! (sorry to sound like a broken record - I wanted to become a nutritionist a long time ago but never could afford the training to do so!)
No I am not lactose intolerant and I drink milk with lunch and breakfast and supper. The coke I just drink sometimes for lunch if I don't have milk
or I just happen to have coke. So it's really nothing I drink everyday as milk. I love yogurt, but I don't eat cheese very often. I actually bought pudding
today they was pretty good. There were four and I have already ate them all. ¨
I've been so tired lately so I started to eat vitamins today also. I will see if that help to my tiredness. Yes I don't want to loose my teeth because
of too much candy eating or coke drinking. I have already lose one of my back tooth and now I might have another hole in one of the back tooth.
