That doggie was a passenger and was entitled to the same safety measures as the other passengers. I salute Air Canada for this fine thing they did. I would not mind the delay, either.

I don't know what it is, but I have less patience for human travelers.

I would have preferred that Air Canada followed sitcom rules and took a photograph of the dog, emailed it to the destination aiport and got them to find an identical looking dog for them for when they arrived. That always works.

Only kidding - fair dues to them.
