...a breathing problem huh?...OK, listen up and listen close-coz I'm only gonna type this once...
1. Inhale
2. Exhale
3. Repeat
...oh it's just the RN in me coming out...and the best part?...EIA is something that many young'uns grow out of...my oldest son shook most of it by the time he was 18 and made it through Army Basic Training, including the beloved "gas house" without a problem...I'm guessing you probably have an Albuterol rescue inhaler?....Hahahaha, I guess I should expand on that: it's exercise-induced asthma. It's not an actual problem, but thank you for your concern!
I'll keep your advice in mind the next time someone tells me to drop and give them twenty.

...something to be mindful of little one, is as you get older-watch your diet as far as spicy/greasy/acidic food, because asthma and GERD(reflux)seem to run hand in hand...You're quite right. I'm glad to hear that, because it's quite annoying with production season comes around my school. Dance breaks are difficult when you can't breathe. Thank you!
