I've always called it "Mischief Night" but I was told that's a "Jersey thing". I'm from Philly, so close enough.

I know Halloween (All Hallows Eve) is October 31...I titled the thread "All Hallows Eve Eve" because I was inquiring what people call October 30th. Tonight.
