Now that you mentioned it - I used one of those in Niagara Falls - saw the Maid of the Mist in grade seven.

Yes - a few years ago it was easy to lose - now not so easy!
Do you think that a carbohydrate restricting diet is good?

No, I think they're a hoax. (There are good carbs which are essential to human health. The Central Nervous System uses only glucose and without carbs glucose must be created by the liver by breaking down proteins. This process eventually causes a dangerous condition known as ketosis, like being poisoned. The bad carbs, such as refined wheat products, refined sugars such as fructose and table sugar, and too much starch should be avoided. For weight loss eating the right amounts - not overeating and not eating too much of any one thing - of all nutrients spaced out evenly through the day is the only healthy way to lose fat calories which are stored in fat - "weight").

No - I just wished they would speak more clearly when dictating reports.
