Goodnight, Neesy !!

I think the sickest I have ever been was a horrible case of Strep throat...I felt so bad I couldn't sit up. I spent the whole time waiting at the doc's office lying on the floor.

Say the first thing that pops in your head when you hear "Happy thought."

Yan Can Cook? (I saw him this morning on the public TV station) - he is always so cheerful! :frog::laugh:

Have you ever been tested in school for 'career choices' or whatever they call that (aptitude test or something like that)?

2200 miles...from Colorado to Maine.

Are the clouds normally high or low where you live?
High I think (we are in the middle of Canada, above North Dakota, so rather flat around here).

Do you drink coffee and if so, what kind do you like :umm: (My question mark is coming out like this - É - so I have to use the smiley)

It's pretty much routine for a Brit to use the British spelling, Neesy. ;;D Though there have been occasions where I've used an American spelling. Mostly when I've had the feeling that I'll be pulled up on it and made to explain why I've typed out what the considerably less worldly types see as the "wrong" spelling of a word. And so to preempt this exchange, yes, I've occasionally use the American spelling for a word.

When flying, do you take advantage of the chair's reclining position? Just putting it out there, but I find it to be incredibly rude, and I want it to be scrapped.

Pro-life or pro-choice?
Ooooh - I did not know you were a Brit - English, Irish, Scottish or Welsh :frog::teapot::thumbs_up::umm:

I've only been on a couple of airplanes and I have no idea if the seats even did recline. So, that's a no.

Do you have any pets? If so, what are they and what are their names?

Undecided but likely baked chicken and creamy lima beans. If not, meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

Do you have a normal routine for a Sunday?
No, not really... well sorta - if my son has bowling we get up early, but no bowling today

Where is your favourite place to go for a relaxing vacation?

Any quiet beach that serves you cocktails! And a massage!

What's the most daring/adventurous thing you have ever done?
Went swimming right after eating? Mom always told us to wait an hour or we would get cramps.

Or how about this - went cross country skiing up in CFS Alert after we had been warned that Arctic wolves were approaching others who had gone skiing a couple of days earlier. We went as a group. I think one person may have had bear spray (he was the Station Medic).

Do you watch much local news on a regular basis?

No - cannot recall that ever happening

I heard something on the radio once in Toronto where the commentator said something about it was slippery, so watch out you don't "fall on your bum" but that was it.

Have you even ridden a horse - (a live one), for any distance?
I realize that sounds weird now - who can ride a dead horse??? :icon_eek::icon_eek:
