10 pounds white potatoes chunked and boiled until fork tender, then drained......
4 large onions one of which was red, diced.....
15 boiled eggs quartered........

Sauce:

2 jars mayo
1 large container mustard
Couple tablespoons white vinegar
Pepper
Smoked Paprika (oh yes!)

Combine sauce in large bowl. Put potatoes, onions, eggs in largest bowl you can find and pour sauce liberally over and mix well. Sprinkle with smoked paprika (oh yes!).

Lick sauce bowl clean.

Chill

Serves 1
