Aside from the SKMB, I've put myself on a ban until Finders Keepers, then I usually go on an SK binge.

Oh Lord, don't remind me. I spent months saying or yelling "TAK!" whenever something went wrong.

Here's a thought. Polish word "tak" means "yes." Russian word "tak" means "so" or can be used as "yes" or "that is so."TAK!

Reading the word tak always gave me an image of someone with tourette's, which in turn reminded me of south Park. Desperation never really hit the heights I was expecting it to. I thought it was decent, not much more though. King gets a bit of stick for his books being too long, I've always thought that was ridiculous but I'm inclined to agree when it comes to desperation.
I read the regulators way too soon after it and only got halfway through it. I plan to start it again one day.

I grabbed Skeleton Crew paperback from the library yesterday and am looking forward to picking away at it.
I was going to read Finders Keepers tonight, but I had a family function that ran late so I have to wait until tomorrow...

Tomorrow I will be going to the lake.. will be there for two and half weeks.. I have been saving Finders Keepers for this trip. I will also be packing several other books to re-read. I won't be online much at all.. if at all.. so I will miss you guys!!! This will be a relaxing trip.. reading, swimming, reading, fishing, reading, resting, reading, relaxing, and reading some more!!! love it
I started "Cycle Of The Werewolf" last night. This is the first time I've read it. Ended up reading over half of it. I plan on finishing it tonight.
I'm reading Summer of Night by Dan Simmons, and finishing The Regulators by you know who. I'm on the board...other than that, no plans for the night.
For the record, I enjoyed the heck out of Desperation. The Regulators is ok, but not my favorite.

I put $30 down on the complete Gunslinger Dark Tower collection at my local comic book store. The guy that runs the store has read all the Dark Tower books and said I would save money, and time, if I bought the lot in one go. It has 'special extras' as well, he told me.
I have been reading Dance Macabre because I have no other stephen king books left that I haven't read. I even forced myself to finish needful things. So thats it for me.
