Any word on what's after SUICIDE PRINCE?

So yes, I know, we still have BAZAAR OF BAD DREAMS and THE SUICIDE PRINCE coming. (And of course I haven't finished FINDERS KEEPERS yet.) I'm excited for those. But I'd love to know what Mr. King's plans are beyond those books. Will he return to supernatural scary stuff? Will he do more suspense stuff? Or a mix of both? Do any of the mods have any information they can tease?

I have to admit, I have been wondering the same thing. Dana is correct, of course, I cannot disagree with that sentiment, but my curiosity always gets the best of me. I am especially curious if he has any more sequels coming up. Or, at the very least, will 2016 be a one-book year?

continues writing but ceases -- or at least takes a break from -- publishing. The third Jack Sawyer novel aside, of course. We've been on borrowed time since at least 2002 and it's gonna end sometime.

I have absolutely no basis for this prediction, but it's a feeling I have in my gut. I'd love to be wrong, and I probably am.

I know, Dana Jean, and I love him for it (among a zillion other reasons). It's just nice to have more of his work to look forward to. It's like knowing when your next Christmas present will be arriving! LOL

Now it is "Family" time. The muse will continue to speak, he will continue to write, but he'll also most likely enjoy some family time. He gives us Constant Readers so much. A big Thankee!!

I think it will be only The Suicide prince in 2016. The next i think will not be a mystery book but a return to the old haunts he walked before that series. But of which type? He is so varied only he, and perhaps not even he, knows in what direction his imagination may wander..... But i'm sure it will arrive somewhere in 2017 and will be great!!!

If we look back at Mr King's output over the last half-dozen years, it's clear he's trying different things, stretching his creative muscles, as it were. I look forward to whatever comes down the line as he never gives less than his best to his Constant Readers.
