I've fallen in love more times in the fall than at any other time of year.
Not that it's happened all that often, but when it does....*swoon*. BIG *swoon*.

Me too, drugaru, it was always fall.
There was one exception, a long time, spring got me and a pair of beautiful eyes, but that was only once.
But when Autumn arrives...that`s the time when I even love myself.

October's best, but November has its charms, too, especially around U.S. Thanksgiving in the regions where there actually *is* a fall. It's atmospheric, with great smells, and crunchy leaves still around. My happiest earliest childhood memories center around fall. I make it a point to take walks every day if I can right now, because I didn't get a fall for 16 years when I lived in L.A. I'm making up for lost time. *happy sigh*

memories of Fall only in my youth when I live up north. Car rides to see the amazing color changes, jumping in freshly raked piles of leaves, the smell of pumpkin and apples pies baking in the oven.

...Jeep rides on the way-back roads with Tracy...pulling over, hearing the loud silence that is the world...the perfume of Natures tattered clothes...and stealing a kiss under the vault of the autumnal sky...

I, too, love Autumn. No special reason though. I am not a big fan of summer, so I enjoy the cooler days, and nights.

Autumn is a beautiful season if it's not too cold or rainy. Color changes and leaves fall from the trees.

Depending on where I happen to be living, Fall is by far my favorite time of year. Fall in Atlanta gives me a major "natural high"; or at least it used to; not certain it still does, but I'm thinking of when I was in high school (so, I'm not necessarily making a global warming statement).

I just respond better to cool weather. This is probably due to my being hotter-blooded than average.

All the seasons have pluses. Autumn has all the lovely colours and the smell of leaves. The only thing I don't like about autumn and winter is getting up in the dark. It's just that much harder to get out of bed when it's still dark.

Fall has always been my favorite time of year. I like everything about it, even raking the leaves up; their aroma is incredibly good. Missing a Real Fall was the main reason I finally gave up on the Sunbelt and returned to the great frozen north.
I have long had a hypothesis that I feel more romantic in the fall because nature wants us to mate, so that our offspring will be born in the warm summer, 9 or so months away. Not that I am against mating at other times of the year, of course.

I am a true huge fan of fall. I love the smells of leaves and the farmer's getting the crop out of the field. I love the colors of fall. Plus, Halloween is in there too.
