They are still using party lines, but only the NSA has 'em now.
I have one of these! My husband refuses to use it, he has one of those newfangled things that keeps the lid all nice, but I can't get rid of mine. I swear the thing works better than the "industrial" can openers my old job used! I'm so stubborn about my manual can opener, I've never learned how to operate an electric one...

Yes, but also incredibly beautiful... sometimes the pain is worth feeling so as not to miss the gorgeous.
Reminds me of a news article a few weeks ago, about young man who had just bought his first (and therefore older) car and wondered why his iPhone wouldn't charge and got all scratched when he put it in the designated opening in the dashboard. It appeared he had never heard of a cassette player.
