My grill is dead. I do a mean pulled pork though on the stovetop. Big pot, some buttcuts, beer, OJ, and sauce (yellow or red, sometimes both), onions if I have them, maybe garlic powder.

Low and slooooow. All day affair. Drain and shred with two forks (while pretending to be Wolverine).
