Thanks OoO :) I feel like such a silly girl, thanks for understanding (and not calling me a silly girl lol) :)

Nothing to feel silly about. As a person who cares about animals of all kinds I understand completely. I've even been known to get upset after running over a toad while mowing the lawn. But that's another story........

Are those those birds? They're soooooo cute :)

My goose is gone :( Carl took Mouse for a run around the pond on Thursday. I had expected Goose to just go into the water when they approached her but she flew off instead and she hasn't returned :( I'm glad to know she can fly but I really miss her :(
I am not sure of the type but these may be burrowing owls, a type that lives in the tall grass prairie and actually live in burrows underground.

I was looking through my files and found this cutie. A photog friend in Belfast snapped the pic. This little guy came to visit when friend and his companion lingered in an outdoor cafe. I loved the shot so much that he gave it to me--lol:

Thats a Bofink. Very common bird in Sweden. Stays the summer and then goes south for the winter. I think, but won't vouch for it that it is called Chaffinch in english.
