There would have a to be a really BIG bonus for me to agree to that--not that I wouldn't love to see you all but I don't think the neighbors would be impressed and I still have to live here afterward. 
And so shall the publication/ release date on Nov. 11th!!! And we patiently wait..............
If SK ever came to TX I would probably not survive the trip to see him live.
We're planning to announce cities and dates the week of August 25th but final details won't come until later in September once they're worked out.
