Since I didn't watch most of the program this would have come near the end.

I've just looked through all nominees in all categories and although there seem to be several movies worth watching (at least five times the one a year for which I usually make an effort) I can't fit this clip into any of them. It features a young couple with two little kids, a girl toddler and infant in arms. Set maybe in the 1960s. I don't know what color hair the lady had--it was wrapped in a towel. The man had black hair and a mustache. He was on a couch with a small bandage on his forehead, may have been banged up, and said he was "sick." The woman yelled at him that she had told his employers he was coming in, and to get up and go to work before he lost another job. He said, "I sing; it's what I do. You're trying to force me into being something I'm not." She then yelled she couldn't take anymore. She was holding the baby throughout the entire scene which was crying. Looked kind of interesting. Ring a bell anywhere?
