Hey newbies, and not so newbies, I thought it might be a fun, comfortable way to break the ice by sharing some favorites, not so favorites and further SK reading plans. So here goes:

My favorite SK novels (by familiarity, not necessarily preference)
1. The Stand - currently listening to in audio form via disks in my car stereo. I'm pretty sure I read the original version but have no recollection of it nor a physical copy.(might have been a library book) I did read the full and uncut version when it came out and do have that monster of a book on my bookshelf which I have recently referred to on occasion when the audio does not seem to cut it. The disks I am currently listening to are from my local library and pretty lovingly used so sometimes not cooperating:) I would like to watch the mini series but Nflix does not seem to be currently offering it:(
2. Bag of Bones - borrowed from my mom a few years back which I then stored for her for a couple years or so:) She has since taken it back and lives 400 miles away so guess I will have to get my own if I want to read it again.
3. The Shining - might have been my first King book read many moons ago as a young teen lass (now pushing 50). I listened to Dr. Sleep (features Dan Torrance as an adult) on audio last year and quite liked it.

Favorite Dark Tower books - Drawing of the Three(DT2) and Wolves of the Calla(DT5)

Least favorite SK novels (totally random order)
1. Dream Catcher
2. Regulators
3. Desperation

Books I have not yet read:
Duma Key
From a Buick 8 (might have read but don't remember)
The Plant
Under the Dome (not sure I'm going to - premise sounds kind of dumb to me - first and, so far, only King book I feel that way about prior to reading)
Blaze
Rage
The Running Man (might have read and forgotten or mixing up with movie title)

Ok that's me! Anyone else care to share?
