Quite a few new pics, due to the forum's vacacions. I hope you enjoy them.
Henry Bowers, from "It".
Angry Henry.
Jake Chambers and Eddie Dean, from "The Waste Lands" (book three of "The Dark Tower").
Just take the subway to Co-Op City.
Larry Underwood, Nick Andros and Joe, from "The Stand".
He wasn't grown.
Gerd Allen Cole, from "Lisey's Story".
Blondie.
George Hatfield, from "The Shining".
An almost insolently beautiful boy.
For this last pic, I have more things to say. I think they are not strong enough to be spoilers (they may be mild spoilers), so I will not tag them, but I will leave this as warning, anyway. I will say things about George and Jack, so do not continue if you have not read "The Shining".
George is so perfect (besides his stutter), it is easy to see why Jack Torrance was so jealous of him. It was either jealousy or, as some have commented, an attraction Jack tried very hard to deny.
I can accept any or both, although I prefer to think it was plain jealousy. I think Jack saw himself as deserving of a place of honor, which was for the foreseeable future denied to him because of his past actions. His temper only made things worse, while everything seemed to go right for his student.
I do believe George himself was gay, though. And that he thought that was the reason for his teacher's hate. Suffering from that stutter and having to hide the fact he was gay may have made him blind to the fact that he was rather perfect, so he would not realize others could be jealous of him.
At any rate, I hope he managed to get into a good school after he was kicked off Stovington Prep.
