Becky use to do some flagging on the oilsands site for the very huge heavy equipment.....the problem was, she would wave them on ahead ....and they would not go. They wanted to size her up. She is now into pouring cement which she loves. I cannot imagine wearing a toolbelt and a hardhat. Not my style at all. Let us hear it for women's Lib though. YAH.!
