Known as the Monarch of the Peak Forest, the TianziMountains consists of stunning peaks that rise one after another. Located in Zhangjiajie in the Hunan Province of China, the mountain peaks are very high with the highest peak 1,262 meters above sea level. Spread across 67 square kilometres, the peaks can be accessed by cable car or by roads. The peaks look stunning when covered in mist or with snow during the winter. The pillar like mountains are made of marble. These peaks have been aptly names as Tianzi means “son of heaven”.

The aerial view of the lake looks like a large pink solid bubble gum. The pink lake is known as the Lake Hillier and is situated on Middle Island in Western Australia. The lake, which is 600 meters long, is surrounded by a rim of white sand and dense vegetation of paperbark and eucalyptus trees. The colour of the water in the lake is permanent and does not alter once separated from the lake in a container. The eye-catching pink colouring of the lake water has been attributed by scientists to a dye created by bacteria in the lake.
