You can look at a neonate and tell if s/he was born vaginally or by c-section. Vaginally the head is elongated(conical) c-section the head is round.

Don't get overly excited now. I was there to personalize a nightmare. I proved to be the only guy willing to do a dance in a kind of bikini outfit. Not very skilfully but some must have liked it.
