just antibiotics. and my usual Neurotin for my bad legs.

But I forget when to take them or when I did.

I was up all night with pain. Willing myself not to call hospital. Missed work again. I called them to tell them to fire me. ****.

I am afraid of puppy now. I am actually afraid of puppy. She is so big and strong now. I have had dogs all of my life.

She is sitting on top of the couch. Like a giant cat. She will throw her paws around my neck. and puppy bite my ears.. I love her. but so strong. big sticks she will hit me with when outside. Now I am in yoda speak. say sorry

She has taken to humping me. She is female 7 month old golden retriever. the hells? I cant walk without her mouth dragging my sneakers and shaking

today is the day I can call the policeman to see the status of the other dog.

I called my ex husband. We have (or he has) 4 acres. No call back. And we just lost Caseyanne, black lab. My heart.

She is crying to go out. I do not have the strength.

NN- please take care of you and allow yourself to heal.

Call a golden retriever rescue- explain- ask if they can find a foster family/ or even adoption. This isn't fair to you or Maggie. She's an active puppy and needs more than you are able to give right now. It isn't anyones fault. Some puppies just are way more active. That is why there are specific breed rescues. Humping is normal, even for a female- it just being a puppy. Please consider a rescue for her, if your ex is unable to take her. You need to heal, and Maggie needs care. Love and green lights.

Healing vibes.

Perhaps your ex husband could take her until you recover--and maybe work with her awhile? She is old enough for speying now, which will take care of the, er... humping. It will also settle her more, help calm her down.
Spidey is right hon... and if you're afraid of her, she will know it and will be difficult to work with. She needs to be put in position of 'dog'... and it might take more than what you have just now.

took her out. Had to drop the leash twice. hands up. afraid of falling again. She pooped . we went to the dog walk. And then she refused to come in. She sat by her hole. and watched the birds. I sat and waited until I could not any longer.

She was happy. Wanting those birds... I had to get up and touch her paws. Danced her back in.. happy puppy bites all the way. She ate, without a spoon feeding.

I will call right now before I lose my nerve. Just seeing her outside,, breaking free. how many kids did she steal baseballs from? Too many to say. loves to be chased by little kids. And she will bury the balls all happy with herself Mothers don't like me very much.

I must admit that she needs better than I can give her

(((NN))) You're in a really tough situation :( Can you ask your ex if he'll take Maggie until you get better? If your ex has another dog Maggie can play with, Maggie should be happy.

I had a German Shepard/Wolf mix puppy who wanted to play constantly. If my hands weren't throwing a ball or grabbing one end of a tug toy, she would bite my hands. If I sat on my hands, she would poke her nose in my face until I brought out my hands to push her away. I started wearing quilted oven mitts :( One day I brought home a stray... a sturdy English Pit who fell in love with Wolf. Wolf got the playmate she needed and I was able to quit wearing oven mitts. I don't know if getting another dog is an option for you but it worked for me.

I am trying so hard not to call an ambulance. Police came and made me point out the house.
No answer. he told me that I am not corrupting with animal control. I am so paranoid that they will take my puupy away.

I am hidden away with the house a mess. I was scared he was walking around calling my name. and then was mad at me.. I called my sister. no luck there. her son/my nephew is a police officer.

no help. but I really did not expect it. I have not seen her since our mother passed awaty

Can you call the doctor who treated your hand? If he says to call an ambulance, call one! Maggie will do fine while you're gone. She may redecorate the house with torn up pillows and broken knick-knacks but she'll be fine... Go to the doctor or hospital!

Yes she has re decorated. big big. including my shoes that are on my feet.

I am going to try and head out and get some food. She is lying down in her bed with her head in a jumbo sized milk bone box. I kid you not. poor thing.

I love her much. And I will get better for her.
Put a NylaBone on your grocery list. My dog likes the wishbone shape the best. Your comment about getting better for her made me smile. When we took in our last stray, one of my first thoughts was, I gots to try to live another 15 years so I can take care of her :)
