You have apparently never seen The Hand. When Sir Michael accepted an .... Oscar? honorary Oscar? .... whatever, he mused a bit about his career and said, "...and I've done a lot of crap." I was sure he was thinking about The Hand when he said that.

Blasphemer! I loved The Hand. I thought it was great. Michael gives a terrific performance in that, even though he said he took the part because, "he needed money for a garage." (I think that's what he said.)
