Yeah, in fact most days in the week are named after norse gods for some reason. Tuesday after Tyr (old english Tiw, Old latin Tius), Wednesday after Woden (Wotan, Oden) and thursday after Thor (old english Tunor which is the basis for the word Thunder). I must say i like the old guys. Beautiful stories about them.

Fabulous... Bullsh**t. Finished my taxes yesterday and am getting a decent refund... and this morning find out the refrigerator died. Have to run out today and buy a new one. So the refund is already spent.

Actually, it's probably the free beer and booze that's the real attraction.

I’m meeting my wife at lunch so she can pick out a new fridge. I could pick one out in 5 minutes, but I’m sure it will take over an hour with her. I think the only reason she wants me along is if she picks out a lemon she can blame it on me. Stepford has turned into hell.
