I can't pick a favorite. I change my mind every time I do.
I love midnight Mass, and there's a lovely 30 minute choir concert prior. It's outstanding. We have cellos and violins and flutes and pipe organ and so much lovely music. Y'all come if you can!
Allow me to assume that you are Catholic and please pardon me, but this is something I say to every Catholic I know. I love your Pope Francis. He has completely stolen my heart.

A little off topic, but in the general theme (and there were lots of carols in it) we went up to London last night as saw this recorded with the BBC singers - they are a great collection of singers and Dylan Thomas is one of my favourite poets/writers (I actually like his short stories as much as the poetry, a contrast with D H Lawrence where I think he is a way better poet than he was a novelist...)

"A Child's Christmas in Wales " is a lovely short recollection of his Chistmases in Wales (there is a clue in the title) and an actor read this interspersed by appropraite songs.

Anyway I have no idea if you chaps can access BBC iPlayer in the US (I know my friends in Japan can) but is you can it's on Radio 3 on the 29th (early in the morning for you chaps I guess.

BBC Radio 3 - Afternoon on 3, BBC Performing Groups Best of 2015, Episode 2

P.S. no idea if advertising a BBC event is allowed on Mr K's site, but if not just delete.
