1. Comfortably Numb
2. Shine On You Crazy Diamond (I'll cheat and call both parts one song)
3. Brain Damage/Eclipse (a bit of a cheat again but I consider it one song)
4. Echoes
5. Wish You Were Here

I'm quite sure I could listen to David Gilmour every day for the rest of my life. Seeing Pink Floyd in concert is on the bucket list for sure. I missed my opportunity back in 1994 on the Division Bell tour, always regretted that.

My favorite is "Comfortably Numb." Such great imagery and feel, and then punctuated by that guitar solo of rage and sorrow.

After that, it depends on the mood. If I'm feeling overwhelmed with work demands, "Welcome to the Machine" is good. "Time" and "Sheep" are always good for that too.

If I'm on the road, "On the Run," "One of These Days," and "Run Like Hell" keep me going.

If I get the time (both in terms of time to organize it and time left on the planet) to orchestrate my funeral like I want to, it'll feature "The Great Gig in the Sky," and not the one from "Dark Side" but the live version from (I think) "Delicate Sound of Thunder."

Yeah, too many great ones.

I'm not a huge concert-goer. Crowded traffic and crowds in general make me uncomfortable. But I've seen Pink Floyd three times, and they were simply mind-blowing. Stadium concerts, and it couldn't have been any other way. They could've named it "Walt Disney Goes to Hell and Blows Himself Up." Just a great, great show, and it got bigger and better each time I saw it.

When we were first married, we lived in a house with a bunch of adults and a couple babies. I don't know who picked it, but this song got played All. The. Time. I love it, because it reminds me of those good times, even though it's not really a "good time" kind of song.

Ooh, what a tough question. Pink Floyd are without doubt my favourite band, seeing how most people have gone with a top 5, I would say:

1, Coming back to life.
2, Marooned
3, High hopes
4, Learning to fly
5, Shine on you crazy diamond.

My top 3 are in a class of their own, trying to decide 1 and 2 was a challenge - it was really only a 51/49 % split between them with 3 just a bit behind them. After that, I could have picked 4-10 as a 7 way tie - on another day I might have said comfortably numb and breathe, or keep talking and welcome to the machine, or any colour you like and echoes as #4 and #5.
