Favorite stephen king cameo/part in a film?

I think he's brilliant when he gets the green fur on him. But I think that he plays a great 'Minister' in Pet Sematary. I think Stephen King would have made a great 'man of the cloth'.
i agree! he was pretty convincing, which is rather comedic, in a dark kind of way. lol
My favorite was in UTD. Understated and I liked the way he stayed in the diner through all the excitement.
I always thought it was funny, in Maximum Overdrive, how everyone was walking around at the bank as if nothing unusual was happening, while all the profanity was flashing on the big signs. Just another day in downtown Wilmington.
Wow, I never thought of that. Cool observation.LOLOLOL! i wonder if his clothing was inspired by Hunter S. Thompson. i know he isn't dressed JUST like him but that is immediately what my mind jumped to.
When I was writing my sequel to Christine, I took a break and watched Maximum Overdrive. I went back and added a cameo for The Man. Can't discuss it, of course, but it was fun to write. I'm thinking about putting in a small one for myself. Always thought it was cool when Alfred Hitchcock did that, and a young Rod Serling also acted in several of his Twilight Zone episodes.
Without a doubt, Jordy Verrill. Uncle Stevie was an absolute riot in that role!

I just saw Stephen while watching The Simpson's marathon on FXX. It was one of the Halloween specials...Bart was writing on the board in the opening sequence, and SK was writing on the wall: "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."
Though I have yet to see Sons of Anarchy, I assume his contribution to indicate his acting skills improving.

I think of the pizza delivery guy first, then him in The Stand. I feel he does a real good job in the The Stand.

Yeah, he did. He's good when he's driving in the truck and I like him when he's going to clear out the church of all the dead bodies and someone says something(I think it was Harold) like, 'Just think of them as cord-sticks' and King and the other actor standing next to him look at each other. He's also good at the end when he's on guard in the freezing cold and then Stu and the dog come.
This and The Creepshow appearance is my all time Favorites!!
I liked him in Sons of Anarchy. It was a hilarious scene; I was surprised to see him.

Pay off that bank loan! - that's the ticketi ran a search and was surprised to not see a post like this! So here it is! i'd have to say my favorite part King has played in a film is definitely from the first installment of "Creepshow" where he starred in "The Lonesome Death of Jordy Verrill"....HILARIOUS! hahahaaa! the fact that he thought the college would have a "Dept. Of Meteors" as well as his face when he remarks "METEOR ****!".
