...and there is a picture of King seated in the Doubleday offices circa 1974 and he's looking up and grinning. It's always been a favorite because you can see he is over the moon excited. His life would never be the same. I think it was on The Shining or Night Shift dustjacket? It is in the biography The Stephen King Story by Beahm, I believe.

Stumbled across this photo online. Never seen it. Is it really King or his doppelganger?
