I've always found this show slightly harder to follow than the main show somehow. I don't know whether it's the writing or the more indistinct characters (I don't dislike the characters, but they lack the outspoken personalities of some of the favourite characters of the main show). I tend to forget often what happened to characters on the show. Also it seems things don't pay off well in terms of story telling: in the first season there was something to do with a light signalling from a house, and I'm still not sure what that was about.
To make matters worse, I'm at the second half of the third season now, and AMC who broadcasts it here doesn't supply subtitles for several episodes, by mistake most likely. Not the regular subtitles that translate from English to Dutch, but not even the Spanish spoken parts are translated. I do understand Spanish slightly, but not enough. And also the English is often partly unintelligible - it's rather soft - the problem with films and series is often that dialogue is much softer in sound than music and soundeffects, that's why I always prefer subtitles.
I still want to make it to the fourth season, because of the role of Maggie Grace (I always liked her a lot on Lost and the other things she did), but it's not simple this way. I think for at least four episodes or so subtitles are missing. There are still episode summaries you can read afterwards of course.
Actually what I do like a lot on the show is the locations and cinematography: the panoramas of the landscapes look quite beautiful and filmic.
Also, if Morgan is coming to this show at the beginning of Season 4 is that before or after his timeline on the main show? Because I thought the whole idea of Fear the Walking Dead is that it's supposed to be shortly after the dead started rising, and much earlier than the main show, so it seems impossible it's Morgan's timeline AFTER he leaves the main show.
