RG III should be available too. I'm not sure why the Redskins are not trying to deal him (maybe they are). They certainly are going to cut him at the end of the season (if they don't trade him) to avoid a big cap hit next season.
NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! RGIII is in the fifth-year of his contract worth $16.2 million. Any team that trades for Griffin inherits that deal, which is guaranteed against injury. Step away, NY, step away!

Yeah, but isn't he at the end of the contract? I was under the impression that next year wasn't guaranteed. Of course, maybe if he's traded it becomes that way. If the Redskins owe him a bunch of $, there is always the possibility of making them pick up a chunk of it. The Jets can probably get the Redskins to do something stupid. After all, this is the team that gave Albert Haynesworth $100 million. ;-D

Yeah, but the Jets haven't been know to make a lot of smart decisions at QB since the Joe Willie days.

In their loss, the Giants achieved a milestone only accomplished once before. The 1963 Houston Oilers, who lost to the Raiders 52-49, were the only team to score 49 points and lose. Yesterday, the Giants joined them.

Don't underestimate the Giants. By thinking outside the box, they always find new ways to lose.
I still blame the Jets, though. They cursed MetLife Stadium and, apparently, it's catching.

I remember the Dolphins lost a high scoring one to the Jets in the Marino era. I think it was 52-45 and Wesley Walker ran all over them.

The Jets and Dolphins had some crazy games in the Marino era.
The Monday Night Miracle game between the Jets and Dolphins is one I'll never forget. Stayed up into the wee hours of the morning for that one.

No matter how crappy the Dolphins and Jets are, they usually will still get a prime time game against each other every season because they've had so many crazy memorable games against each other. I think the networks always expect one.

During the Marino years, the Jets had these guys that weren't the stars of the team and they would have careers against the Dolphins. I just looked up Johnny Hector and he had 4200 yards rushing in his career. I think 2500 of those came against the Dolphins. ;-D

I enjoyed the big rivalry between the Jets and Dolphins back in the day, because it was intense and always competitive, and the games even today keep that feeling. The big rivalry today between the Jets and Patriots, brought about by the Parcells-Belichick eras, is just pure ugly.
