I'm a Canes fan and this game has me concerned. App State always plays the big schools well and they always seem to play on the road when they play a big school. So now they are at home.

Wow. Alabama won a heart attack of a game today. First they faced a 24-3 deficit to Ole Miss, a team that had beaten them in each of the last two years, and then they almost squandered their epic comeback in the final minutes of the game by giving up two late touchdowns.

We probably won't have to worry about Florida State being in the top 5 for a while. I'm not sure I've ever seen a #2 team get thumped like that.

I'd like to see that game. But my cable company believes there are only 4 teams in the NFL. So I get to choose between the Steelers, Giants or Cowboys. The Eagles play tonight.
Jimmy G took a nasty hit. Some type of shoulder injury. Happened exactly the way I said it would. Didn't pick up on the pressure and got wailed after he threw a pass. Didn't look good at all. 3rd string QB is now in the game.
Pats held on for the win.
