I'm still a bit shocked Rex got the head coaching job in Buffalo. He must be licking his chops over that defense he's inherited. Assuming free agency doesn't destroy it.

I think Rex could be good if he does the Tony Dungy Colts thing and gets himself an great offensive mind to handle the offense and pick his QBs and Rex concentrates on the defensive side of the ball and the major decisions. Rex needs to leave the offense in some other hands.

Do they have, um, expanded standards for quarterbacking in Canada? I thought he got treated great in the NFL.
Really? As I recalled he was mocked for his Christian beliefs and actions all the time, and the NFL never lifted a finger or did one thing to put an end to the hatred and speak positive about his convictions. Yet they jump hoops to defend and fine for speaking badly about other player convictions.

It's okay, I did the same thing with officials "non-call" in the Dallas/Detroit playoff game. :)

I guess it's Karma.
I know you'll never understand this......but it's not exactly the same thing.....and yet, I get it.
It just sucks to be a Cowboys fan today......but life goes on, and the world didn't stop spinning. So, today I'm a Seahawks fan :)

It's never nice to be mocked, and I think the NFL needs to stay out of commenting about people's beliefs (unless they believe they should zap dogs or beat wives or kill people, etc.). I was referring to the sincere young man getting the star status and pay and extended opportunities when his abilities just couldn't carry the water. He was our quarterback, and I know. Granted, he overachieved and got us into the playoffs. But he just wasn't NFL caliber, and you can't pull it out your ... I mean, out of the air forever.

If you wearing it brings about the demise of matching team, it's red white and blue.......otherwise, it's still multicolor, but must remain a surprise.....

My silver and blue cape looked exquisite on me. As did the orange bloomers....

I'm not exactly sure what caused that bizarre media circus around Tebow but I think he would have landed on another team if not for that. I don't think anyone wanted to stick him on their roster as a backup QB with all that came with him. He is not starter material but I think he would be on a roster if not for the circus that follows him. I honestly think Denver started him to fail like Cleveland did with Johnny Football but Tebow was fairly successful so it didn't work out and the circus got bigger. I think Denver would have kept him as a backup if not for the circus.

(and yes, I think Cleveland set up Johnny Manziel to try and straighten him out and quiet the fans down some.)
