Hi, all. Update on the ongoing mystery that is the "abnormal pressure" on the optic nerve in my right eye:

Finally got an MRI yesterday. (It's been a long process.) needless to say, it was one of the least pleasant experiences of my life. I didn't know I was claustrophobic until yesterday, heh. As my MRI rocked on past an hour, I found myself regretting reading so much horror in my life..... :p

I go back next week for results. So....yeah.

We're here for you mate :)

Hey guys. I hope I'm not clogging this thread but I had to share my news. I went and saw Mum tonight. I went with my husband. He went in first then came and got me. He said it was fine. And oh my goodness he was right!!!!! Mum looked just like Mum. No makeup. Wearing her glasses. Looking just like mum. I stroked her hand, her hair. Told her how much she was loved. I gave the funeral parlour man a massive hug to thank him. I cried. Put a picture of me and sis in her coffin to go with the picture of my boy, and two of her favourite recipe books. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. My knotted back is relaxing. Just wanted to tell you. Much much love, Claire.

I am so glad this worked out so peacefully for you. I am just so sorry you had to lose her to begin with. Hugs to you and your wee family.

Oh (((Claire))) I am so relieved that you found some peace in these rituals and that you won't have that 'what if' hanging over you.
I'm very sad for your loss though girl and am thinking of you often. Much love... xox
