I don't think I would buy meats there either.....I would totally shop there. Maybe not to buy produce as it's pretty much already nutritionally devoid from being trucked or boated thousands of miles, but for other things for sure.
That is a sickening thought"Americans throw out 165 Billion dollars worth of food a year........"
Ugh......
Do they sell other things? Expired toilet paper for example?
I wouldn't buy meat anywhere so I'm in the clear!I don't think I would buy meats there either.....
"Expired" food isn't actually expired. It's an artificial date set by the companies to sell more food.Interesting concept. I hope that no one gets sick.

Ha! I have actually brought home cheese that had mold as well. And the expiration date was a week away. I definitely got my money back!My wife brought home some cheese one time that sent the dog out of the house howling.....
Not sure what the expiration date was, it was hard to read the damn thing with the gas mask on.....
I'm eating less meat than ever....but I'm still very much a carnivoreI wouldn't buy meat anywhere so I'm in the clear!
If it's just a little mold on a block of cheese, I usually just cut it off and eat the cheeseHa! I have actually brought home cheese that had mold as well. And the expiration date was a week away. I definitely got my money back!
