I wish everyone a happy mother's day. They come in all shapes and sizes and yes, genders. You don't have to be female to have been a mother to someone. And the responsibility for other human beings no matter their age or relation to you is mothering. So to everyone -- Happy Mother's Day.
Hope every mom have the best Mother's Day on Sunday. Unfortunately I am not a mom yet and don't know if I ever will be. But I have
two dogs so maybe I am like a mom for them. I bought for my mom a Mother's Day present yesterday and gave it to her last night. Because I had
bought her flowers and I am the worst person to take care of flowers, they'd (flowers) have been dead before Sunday. She was so happy even if
she got her Mother's Day gift couple of days earlier.

There is something so amazing about a rose . . .

I was given a dozen long stemmed red roses for Mother's Day; they are truly beautiful.
To all the women (and men) who forgo needs so your kid has food, diapers, and / or a roof over their (ungrateful) heads; Happy Mothers Day.To all the Step-parents who balance blended families and provide nurturing to a second set of kids; Happy Mothers Day.
To all the Moms who irrationally worry they have messed up their kid by setting limits or following logical norms...it will all work out; Happy Mothers Day.
