I cook mine in one of those Reynolds oven bags. Turns out really juicy every time, and doesn't take as long in the oven.

This American doesn't.I do not know how you American folks can stand two turkey days so close together. Our Thanksgiving is in October. I did not even have a turkey...I had rib roast.

A friend of mine said they are using an infrared fryer to cook it without oil....Isn't that the same as a tanning bed?

We took staropeace's advice and cooked our turkey upside down...but I tweaked the recipe a bit and did it upside down and backwards? Like you cut crown molding? Yummy.
Did you use a Miter Saw to carve it as well?
