I picked up a coffee table set the other day, natural wood, looks like the kind of thing you might see in an old tavern.
I restored them, applied two coats of polyurethane, and left them outside to dry last night.
It rained all night!!

I'm keeping a close eye on Hurricane Matthew as it looks like it's going to stay to the East of us. The current track has it a couple hundred miles offshore Thursday or Friday and that's a little too close for comfort. I think everyone on the East Coast is watching this one. Hopefully it will drift West and go out to sea.

Did you mean East, like more out to the Atlantic Ocean and more away from the east coat? Watching here too, I never trust them until that have actually passed. Seen too many take a sudden turn, or slow down and miss the steering away currents.

YES, that's what I meant, I don't want it to go East. ;-D Don't ever go anywhere with me without GPS.

That's getting a little too close. I'll be watching the 11:00 update to see if the track continues to shift West. If it stays on the track it's on right now, we are supposed to get 35-50 MPH winds. It doesn't need to move West too much for that to increase a lot. There's a high pushing it towards us.

If it had not slowed down, it would have hit the steering currents of the front and moved well east. I do not trust it. Please be safe. Watch the updates. Nerve-wracking. I've got all these critters too. They sense the lower pressure, so I'll watch them too.

Latest tracks around here have it moving west and up the coast. Landfall between North and South Carolina.

Just saw the 5am update and it looks like it's time to batten down the hatches. We're forecast to have tropical storm winds Thursday and Friday. If the Hurricane drifts any farther East, then we will see hurricane winds. This storm could affect many of us on the East Coast if it decides to hug the coast and travel North.
Be safe fljoe0 . Not happy about new track, and Matthew still has warm water to travel in. (drifts farther West--towards the coastline of Fl then you'd see hurricane winds) We need it to track more East- away. Even though on the opposite coast from you, I do not trust this guy at all. Must manifest it away from us!
