She sure is Spidey,well below zero (again!) last night,and we're not making it to the freezing point in the foreseeable future..I dunno what we did to tick off Mother Nature,but I sorry! Please let up on us!

Thanks Haunted. It can snow all it wants...Ice, they can keep that stuff. Grr Grr and more grr! May you all stay safe. Praying that no one has any power outages.

It's maybe -33 here today. It was minus 35 when I woke up, but minus 15 in the garage. Then driving to the hairdressers the truck temperature said - 33.
Got my roots done, but had no time for a haircut so now I have to figure out how to style my hair before going to work.
I am usually just a wash the hair and then go out type of girl (I have a nice parka with a fur hood to cut the wind chill).

Today it was gorgeous and 70 and sunny. Tomorrow they are telling us that it is going to snow and ice. I'm not going to believe it. I better go grocery shopping early in the morning just in case though, but how would it amount to anything after a week of gorgeous weather? I'll let you know how it goes.
@HollyGolightly that's how it is in the South. We got up to 70 today too, beautiful weather and tomorrow will be another lovely day. Heavy showers expected Monday . . .

It started to rain, then sleet, and will be turning to snow. 5-8 inches predicted. All schools are closed, and people have been asked not to travel on the roads because of the ice. Very cold today. I hope we don't lose power. The lights blinked awhile ago.
Day starting out at 50F/10C and heading for 80F/27C Full sun, clear skies. Mid week supposed to bring rain, then T storms to the weekend. Guess Spring is trying to make an appearance.

Have snow on/off the whole day so the "spring" we got last week is over now and we are back to winter. Temperatures are 3 Celsius daytime

I'm so tired of the weather.....Two days of mid to upper 60'sF.....temps plummeting today back into the 20's.....snowing by lunch time.

All weekend we hovered around -25 with the wind chill and we got around 5 inches of snow. This morning we are at 25, with a high of 48. Hopefully that is the last bitter cold snap we get. I do expect we'll still get more snow though, late March/early April is usually when we get some pretty good storms.
Minus 10 overnight and more of the same this entire week with highs only in the 20s but at least we should be missing the snow that they're having farther south. After this winter, I sure hope Mother Nature has a nice summer in store for us or more than a few of us may snap--or retire early. 
By the time it happens I may look like Moses or Rumpelstiltskin, but I'm not going to shave until the temperature hits 50F.

My husband works outside, so he has grown a beard these last few winters. He shaved it off yesterday and said his face was cold. (He kept his mustache and goatee though, he has been warned never to shave that off, under penalty of death. )- Status
