Great news AnnaMarie. It’s so bad at my daughter’s school dealing with a few bad teachers that some days it's not worth chewing through the straps. Most of her teachers are great though, but the few bad ones have been protected by their union for years, and the school does not allow a student to switch teachers once assigned, nor do they do anything about the bad teachers more than hope they leave on their own or retire.

I'm pretty sure this teacher is beyond retirement age.

And we've had no major complaints about any other teachers. In fact the day this all happened, my son went into his next class, gave the teacher a very brief explanation and asked for permission to leave the class saying he needed to "walk it off". She allowed him to leave, marked him present, and he walked off his anger.

My sister is the victim of identity theft, again. She won't go into much detail but she said that it is really bad. This is on top of the fact that she is currently battling charges that someone racked up on a credit line that the person opened to the tune of around $1, 200.

Sorry to hear this news. Does she have legal recourse? Positive vibes.

I don't know if she has legal recourse. She won't go much into what happened but this is the second time that someone racked up charges on a credit card in her name and it took her 6 months to completely fight off the charges the first time. All she would say is that it involves her social security card. And thanks for the positive vibes.

I would hope the CCard company would help with this issue and she certainly should notify the Social Security Administration.

I'm not sure what she's doing but probably contacted the Social Security Administration already. The credit card company on the other issue is dragging their feet right now so it might take a long time to fight off the charges.

mcpon14 I hope she is able to get it all straightened out, with no outstanding costs to her.

Update on my son. Yesterday he was called out of another class by the teacher, who asked him a few questions. She apparently spoke to all the students, asking them each different questions. Not actually about what happened and what they actually knew. Today, it's all over. They are all back in the production. They missed last nights performance, but were to be there tonight.

There is so much heartache on the board, I feel bad about mentioning my own. Most people would say, she was just a dog. But she was everything to me - she was my child. I lost her a year ago today. I don't have many friends or loved ones, and since she passed I feel completely alone. I will love and miss her until the day I die.

R.I.P. Sadie Marie (11/3/14). Thank you for being the best girl in the world. Your mama misses you so much.

Sorry I missed this on the day. She looks like she was such a sweet gal. You're not alone, honey. We are family here. I wish there was a free SKMB resort. We'd all be there together, hanging out, just being there for each other. What a lovely dream. Much love to you!

My medi-cal hasn't kicked in yet and it has been a month. I need to go to the dentist because one of the molars on the right side hurts. It has been hurting for about 2 months and I'm kind of tired of waiting. Oh well. I hope it hurries up soon and lets me use it.

Of course what really bothers me is having to deal with these bitches and the reasons I must do so. I have flashbacks fairly often of several incidents, one of which was an absolutely unprovoked attack involving yard rage but did not come to physical blows. On the one hand, it's entirely my fault for not becoming a successful author like Stephen King. Yes, successful people do have to deal with crazy fans and other demands they would rather not if they had absolute control, but they have enough control not to have bitches in their face telling them what's what and what to do or else every second thing. If someone tried it, they would be getting a restraining order, not taking orders from the bitches. On the one hand, I should not still be upset that some crazy psycho yelled at me in 1999, but on the other hand, it's representative of a larger problem, that if things had gone right for me everything would be different--for starters, I would buy the property for sale next door instead of sitting worrying about what kind of a mental case might move in! On the other hand, I'm not sure how much IS my fault. I have a developmental disability which makes it hard for me to understand what most people (normal or otherwise) do, and why, even in the most mundane circumstances--and even perfectly normal people trying to write have more difficulty with plot than any other aspect of writing. So I don't think it can be construed as entirely my fault that life and career did not go well. Yet people with some major problems have produced artistic if not life successes.
