Homemade fried apple pies......just like Grandma used to make.
I want you to know, I asked for that recipe for an aunt, my grandma's daughter. She wanted to taste those fried pies. With your recipe, she got the chance before she passed away. She said it wasn't exactly like her mom/grandma made, but very close. But, I think it was more -- anything our mom's make isn't ever going to be the same no matter what when we try to make it. So thank you.

I know what you mean. I can use my Mom's exact recipe for something, and mine tastes different.
