oh man, I wish I had a donut.

In the last two days, (Sunday,Monday) my fitbit has registered : Sunday -- 15,230 steps.(CDC recommends 10,000 steps a day) 6.84 miles walked. 2280 calories burned. 131 active minutes. (CDC recommends 30 active minutes a day.)

Monday: 17,235 steps. 7.74 miles. 2,409 calories. 149 active minutes.

Surely I have lost some weight.
And today my fitbit says:

11,630 steps. 5.23 miles. 1,817 calories burned 86 active minutes.

At this pace (which I plan on keeping up till Saturday), if I haven't lost weight, I am lighting myself on fire.

Even if the scale has not gone down, just take your measurements - (I know - scary, right?) this may show a difference; or your clothes might fit better.

I should talk - I lost 15 pounds on Weight Watchers but now I am just staying the same - basically maintaining that loss. Gonna have to 'kick it up a notch' if I want to lose some more! :chuncky:
:O_O:
p.s. I should take my own advice - I have some old measurements written down that I found tucked away in my purse - maybe I will get brave this week and take my OWN measurements - yikes!

Good job on that weight loss. That's exactly what I need to lose, 15 pounds. It's hard!!!!!
