Good stuff.

I can’t find anyone who can tie good Common Houseflies anymore. I try, but I suck at it as I just can't get the Peacock hackle to sit right for a thick body shape. People don’t believe me but it is my number one fly for trout here in the Poconos.

I don't tie those but hear they are productive.
I saw one pattern with dyed black Peacock herl and a dun zelon wing that looked pretty simple.

Hi Peg.
I have a separate freezer for the fish. I vacuum seal everything and give some to friends and family. I fish all year round but I prefer the cooler months for fishing.
