Is anyone else having trouble with the link? When I click on LL's link I see this only. None of the drop downs or links work. No pictures, nada.

Hang tight, folks. Cafe Press has "pended" the images. That's why no products are showing. They sometimes do that on my art store. Artwork that I created myself, they'll "pend" it saying that I've violated copyright. Eh? I contact 'em and they put 'em back up. I'm on the phone with them assuring that all is cool and getting them to reinstate the images. It should be fixed within a day.

Yeah I ordered mine this afternoon before that all happened, but I just now got an email saying this:
Thank you for placing an order XXX-XXXX with Cafepress Inc..

Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order (details below), as the item(s) you requested is/are not currently available.

I'll just re-order when Lepplady gets to the bottom of this.

I'm in contact with the Stanley. Tours are available for Friday, 7/22, and I'll spare you the details. Basically, I'm told that we can have a group private tour by buying all the slots on a given tour time slot.

HOWEVER, the actual tour honcho person wasn't there, and I'll be getting a call back from her - probably next week. I will try to impress upon her our special Stephen King Forumites status and the King Kon aspect and see what kind of convention/tour package might be available. Please keep in mind - I'm a worker bee, not a salesperson. But I will give it the ol' college try.

....see if you can slide in the details of how large I am, and that they wouldn't like me when I'm angry......

I had to laugh because I remembered the "It" tour bus at the 2013 Kon in Maine. The tour guide kept getting his facts wrong and we kept correcting him. He was a good sport about it, but you could tell he was getting flustered.
I'm so happy this is become an ongoing concern. The memories I have from Maine are stored in the most precious slot in my heart. I wish that experience for all of us.

Shirt update. "Jack Nicholson, Stanley Kubrick's The Shining" is a copyrighted artwork by Gary Booth. Cafe Press won't budge.
We have two options. We can choose another image, or I can create a very similar image myself, cheeky monkey that I am. Booth doesn't own what Jackie-Boy looks like. Just his particular rendition. If we use something I create, no copyright problems.
I'll get started on my own spin on it, in case that's how we decide to roll.
;)

...you may quote me as saying "they can bite me big-big".....here's the scoop and one way to work it from a guy that's the son and nephew of a couple of world class salesmen and hucksters.....we either get a good deal, or word of our disappointment will be spread globally via this Board and other mediums.....this is not the kind of PR they need....it can be phrased politely and in a non-threatening manner, but any management wonk worth their salt will catch the drift.....

In the interests of full, even if unneeded, disclosure, I must mention that after starting out with good intentions, I just got too wrapped up in life and politics to follow up on my offer to work with the Stanley. I got a gentle(giant) nudge and reminder, and it's greatly appreciated. I'm a loner and don't need other people - except to keep me on track.

If everybody's cool with it, I'll run with this.
If not, I'll come up with something original. That'll take more time, though.
