This is my baby Ceasar. Yesterday would have been his 18th birthday but he went to the clearing at the end of the path this past October. I still catch myself expecting him to be here when I get home. Yesterday was a hard day for me. In his prime he weight 26 pounds. He had sky blue eyes which is rare for a orange tabby. I miss him terribly.

Thanks Flake. He slept where I slept. LOL My daughter use to laugh and say Mama act like your going to sleep in the tub and see if he gets in with you. LOL. He thought I was his Mama and I guess I was. Still can't bring myself to order teriyaki chicken. I always ordered him some too because he loved it so much.

I have had many pets... but only one very best friend and I don't think I'll ever get over him. It is so difficult that our life-spans are vastly different. We love them completely, yar?

Most of us get pretty attached to our animals. I had a golden Retriever. We called Stein and he was my baby.I had to have him put down. I thought by holding him it would be easier. But it was the hardest thing to do.So the memories are hard but yet precious. Some of the beautiful memories are whats in our hearts forever.
